WHISTLE BLOWING SYSTEM

The Whistleblowing System is a system used to receive, process and follow up as well as report on information submitted by the whistleblower regarding violations that occurred within the company.

The purpose of the Whistleblowing System is as a guideline in facilitating and accelerating the process of implementing the settlement of complaints on indications of violations committed by the Reported Party.

1. Violations that can be reported through the Whistleblowing System are as follows:
   
   1. Violation of Company Regulations.
   2. Violation of the Company's Code of Ethics/ Code of conduct.
   3. Abuse of office authority.
   4. Actions that result in the loss or reduction of the Company's revenue.
   5. Fraud/ embezzlement/ theft of Company assets.
   6. Violations in the procurement of goods and services

2. The Reporting Party may submit a Complaint of an indication of a Violation committed by the Reported Party through the following media:

3. ​Complaints must meet the following requirements:

   1. Problem                     :  The reported violation is a violation related to the activities of the Company and or its subsidiaries and or affiliated companies.

   2. Occurrence Location  : The violations which committed occurred within the Company's environment.

   3. Occurrence Time       : The period of the violation is clearly stated including the date, month, year and occurred when the Reported Party was still active in the Company.

   4. Complaints must be accompanied by sufficient and adequate evidence (not limited to data, documents, images, audio, visual recordings, in printed or electronic form or other information data) that strengthens the fact that the violation occurred.

4. Protection for Whistleblowers :

PT. Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya guarantees and ensures the protection of the confidentiality of the reporter, both employees and third parties who submit complaints or reports of alleged violations. PT. Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya always prioritizes confidentiality and the principle of the presumption of innocence and the principles of the Whistleblower PT. Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya in following up on any complaints or reports submitted as regulated in the Regulation of the Board of Directors of PT. APBS Number PER.2/HK.01.01.APBS-2021 Regarding the Whistleblowing System at PT. Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya.
