Gresik, March 20, 2025 – PT Alur Pelayaran Barat Surabaya (APBS) once again demonstrated its commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) through the "Ngabuburit & Charity" event held at Salafiyyah Nurul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Gresik. This event served as both a gathering opportunity and a manifestation of the company's concern for the community, particularly for the students of the boarding school.

The event was attended by the President Director of PT APBS, company managers, and employees, who were warmly welcomed by the boarding school administrators and students. The event commenced with a speech from the President Director of PT APBS, emphasizing the importance of sharing happiness during the holy month of Ramadan. This was followed by remarks from a representative of Salafiyyah Nurul Ulum, who expressed gratitude for PT APBS's visit and generous assistance.

During the event, symbolic handovers of financial aid and staple food donations were conducted by the President Director of PT APBS to the boarding school administrators. Additionally, the company distributed hampers and holiday allowances (THR) to all students. These contributions were intended to bring joy and ease the students' preparation for the upcoming Eid al-Fitr celebration.

To further brighten the occasion, PT APBS arranged a magic show and clown performance to entertain the students. The children's faces radiated joy as they enjoyed every act performed. The atmosphere was filled with warmth and togetherness, enhancing the spirit of the holy month.

The event concluded with a communal prayer led by the boarding school administrators. This prayer was an expression of gratitude for the meaningful gathering and a hope for continued blessings for all parties involved.
